Shipping Estimates

Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, it can take between 1 -7 working days to process. This is usually 3 days. After of which the arrival times below will take effect. Please note these times may be longer during festive seasons. 

Standard Shipping

Once shipped, estimated delivery times for all items ordered with standard shipping is between 30 and 50 days, although this is usually much faster, depending on country.

Express Shipping

Once shipped, estimated delivery times for all items ordered with express shipping is between 12 and 22 days, although this is usually much faster, depending on country.

Free Items (Just pay shipping)

In terms of Free items (only pay shipping), they assume the same delivery times of the previously mentioned rates, depending upon whether standard or express shipping has been chosen at checkout.

Please note ONLY ONE free item can be shipped per order where another item is not free. Furthermore, the free item will automatically use standard shipping, regardless of other items chosen method. If more than one free item is added to a paying order, the free item which you will receive is entirely at the discretion of eStarkShop.  

Tracking Your Order

After processing has been complete your order will be updated with one or more tracking codes/numbers. You can use this code to track your item(s) on the following website;

Please note that for most standard shipping items (including free items) tracking of the product can only be tracked up to the destination country, from which shipping is transferred to domestic shipping service. Unfortunately during this period tracking is unavailable. Therefore, if tracking updates cease, your item is still on its way in the hands of your country's shipping service. 

Returns Policy

eStarkShop currently does not offer exchanges, a refund against your original payment method will be processed upon receiving your return. If you wish to receive a different size (in regards to clothing), you'll need to place a new order via the website.

If eStarkShop is not at fault with the return (i.e the customer picked the wrong product/doesn’t want the product anymore) only the value of the product will be refunded excluding shipping costs once the item has been returned. 

Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don't be alarmed if you've tracked your return as delivered but haven't heard from us yet.

We cannot accept underwear or socks for hygiene reasons - no exceptions.

If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
